Another crazy year of Denver real estate is coming to an end – while we celebrated with our Sellers, we empathized with our Buyers and we have never worked harder for them!
October ’21 stats show a market that did not add many new listings (just 5,317 homes added giving only a 3-week supply of inventory), competitive bidding on these homes, and continued rising prices. The average sales price for single-family homes is at $612,153, 17% higher than 2020!
